How DrivePro collects, uses and protects the personal information you share — in plain English.
Who we are
DrivePro is a driving-instruction service run by Maurizio, providing manual driving lessons across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. For any question about your information, contact us at mgdrivepro.eastmidlands@gmail.com or on 07579 797563.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to give us when you get in touch — through the contact form, by email or by phone:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The area you'd like lessons in
- Anything you tell us in your message
We do not take payment details through this website, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange lessons and stay in touch with you about your tuition. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Our lawful basis
We handle your information to take steps at your request before providing a service, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about driving lessons.
Who we share it with
We keep your information private and rely only on trusted providers to run the website and reach you:
- Website hosting — the site is served by Netlify.
- Email — your enquiry reaches us by email through our email provider.
- Web fonts — the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving them.
If the online enquiry form is connected to our own backend in future, submissions are processed by our application host (Railway) purely to deliver your message to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it's useful to help you — through your lessons and for a reasonable period afterwards — then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — just contact us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services used to display the site (such as Google Fonts) may process limited technical data, like your IP address, to deliver their content.
